About the Author
Phil Radford is a freelance writer, based in Sydney.
Born in Coventry, Phil has a BA degree in Modern History from University of Oxford, and an MA in International Studies from University of Sydney, which included International Trade Regulation and Macroeconomics. He worked as a management consultant and then strategy consultant in London before emigrating in 2001.
Phil became a full-time, freelance writer in Singapore in 2004, and moved to Australia in 2007. He is a contributor to Brexit Central and is currently working with the pro-Brexit group, Economists for Free Trade. Previous clients include the APEC trade organisation in Singapore and Microsoft. He has also written trade and defence analyses for the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, and has published with the Lowy Institute, the Australian Journal of International Affairs, Asia Times Online and Australian Spectator.
